SIGNATURE MOCKTAIL

Enjoy at home!

Abracadabra (Mocktail)
2 oz Water 
2 oz Grapefruit 
0.75 oz Rosemary Syrup (recipe below) 
0.5 oz Lime 
1 Rosemary Sprig 
Pinch of Salt 

Add all in­gre­di­ents to a shak­er, fill com­plete­ly with ice and shake vig­or­ous­ly for 10 sec­onds. Strain in­to an iced tall glass. Garnish with a burnt rose­mary sprig. 

Rosemary Syrup: boil 1 cup of water with 5 rosemary sprigs, strain and combine the one cup of rosemary water with one cup of sugar.
